Da ich aktuell aber versuche, mehr auf tierische Produkte zu verzichten, f\u00e4llt die Butter f\u00fcr mein geliebtes Kartoffelp\u00fcree nat\u00fcrlich weg! Stattdessen habe ich mir eine neue Variante mit etwas mehr Crunch \u00fcberliegt. Heraus kamen diese leckeren Kartoffelbratlinge mit M\u00f6hren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr diese Rezept brauchst Du wie schon beschrieben Kartoffelp\u00fcree. Idealerweise kannst Du die Kartoffelbratlinge aus den Kartoffelresten vom Vortag zubereiten, indem Du diese einfach zerstampfst, mit Couscous vermischst und eine gekochte M\u00f6hre unterhebst. Mit ein paar Gew\u00fcrzen und Semmelbr\u00f6seln zauberst Du daraus diese knusprigen Kartoffelbratlinge, die im Inneren ihren weichen Kartoffelp\u00fcree-Kern behalten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
