Viel zu lange gab es keinen cremigen Porridge mehr auf meinem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckstisch. Dabei gab es eine Zeit, in der ich Porridge wirklich jeden Morgen gegessen habe. Sogar im Sommerurlaub bei 35 Grad! Gerade jetzt im Winter kehrt der Porridge wieder zur\u00fcck auf meinen Fr\u00fchst\u00fcckstisch. F\u00fcr meinen Haferbrei mische ich am liebsten zarte und kernige Haferflocken und verwende Mandelmilch zum aufkochen. Du kannst hier nat\u00fcrlich frei nach Deinem Geschmack w\u00e4hlen, ob Du Wasser, Milch, Kokosmilch oder irgend eine andere Fl\u00fcssigkeit zum aufkochen verwendest. Das sch\u00f6ne an Haferbrei ist, dass der Gestaltungsfreiheit keine Grenzen gesetzt sind! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
