In diesem Beitrag zeige ich Dir, wie du Ziegenk\u00e4se ganz einfach selbst gratinieren und zusammen mit Honig, Granatapfel und Rosmarin servieren kannst. Dazu gibt es einen leichten Salat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gerade in der Fr\u00fchlings- oder Herbstzeit bin ich ein gro\u00dfer Fan von gratiniertem Ziegenk\u00e4se. Ich mag die cremige Konsistenz des warmen und weich gebackenem K\u00e4se in Kombination mit saisonalen Fr\u00fcchten, Honig und Rosmarin. Und weil es so sch\u00f6n ist, gibt es dazu auch noch eine gebackene Apfelscheibe und Waln\u00fcsse. Perfekt ist die Ziegenk\u00e4se Variation. Diese passt \u00fcbrigens super zu Gem\u00fcse und Salat. Dazu empfehle ich eine frische Scheibe Baguette, mit der der cremige Ziegenk\u00e4se besonders gut zu genie\u00dfen ist! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Den Ziegenk\u00e4se habe ich \u00fcbrigens nach dem Backen mit einem Brenner gratiniert. Dies klappt wunderbar und ist wirklich super einfach! Dabei musst Du nur die Flamme \u00fcber den Ziegenk\u00e4se halten und siehst dabei zu, wie der nat\u00fcrlich enthaltene Zucker langsam karamellisiert und eine leckere Kruste entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
