Wenn Du Ravioli oder Pasta kochen m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich Dir immer, frische Pasta vom Italiener zu kaufen. Der Geschmacksunterschied ist einfach enorm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr meine Pilz Ravioli in Knoblauchbutter brauchst Du also frische Pilz Ravioli, Butter, frischen Knoblauch oder eine Knoblauchpaste und etwas Cremefine. Zubereitet werden sie ganz schnell und einfach, indem Du eine kleine Zwiebel in der Butter anschwitzt, mit Knoblauchpaste verfeinerst und mit Cremefine abl\u00f6schst. W\u00e4hrenddessen werden die Ravioli kurz in Salzwasser gegart und anschlie\u00dfend mit einer Kelle Nudelwasser zur So\u00dfe gegeben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat wird die Pasta nun abgeschmeckt und geschwenkt. Zum Schluss kommt nur noch etwas Parmesan sowie frischer Basilikum hinzu und fertig sind die Pilz Ravioli in Knoblauchbutter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
