Eine Buddha Bowl geh\u00f6rt aktuell zu den trendigsten Mahlzeiten, wenn es um eine gesunde und ausgewogene Ern\u00e4hrung geht. In diesem Beitrag zeige ich Dir meine Variante einer gr\u00fcnen Buddha Bowl mit vielen leckeren und ausgewogenen Zutaten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn die Rede von einer Buddha Bowl ist, ist damit meistens eine sogenannte Bowl (tiefe Schale) gemeint, die mit Kohlenhydraten, Proteinen, Fr\u00fcchten und Gem\u00fcse zu einer ausgewogenen und nachhaltigen Mahlzeit bef\u00fcllt werden. Die Grundbestandteile dieser Bowl belaufen sich dabei meistens auf glutenfreie Kohlenhydrate, wie Kartoffeln oder Reis, vegetarische Eiwei\u00dfe, wie Tofu oder Kichererbsen, Gem\u00fcse in allen Formen sowie gesunde So\u00dfen und Dips. Insgesamt gibt es dutzende von verschiedenen Variationen dieser Buddha Bowls. Das Sch\u00f6ne an diesen Gerichten ist, dass der eigenen Kreativit\u00e4t und dem eigenen Appetit absolut keine Grenzen gesetzt sind. Es kommt einzig und allein auf die ausgewogene Verteilung aller N\u00e4hrstoffe an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr meine Green Buddha Bowl werden vorwiegend gr\u00fcne Lebensmittel verwendet. Du ben\u00f6tigst als Grundlage eine Portion Bulgur sowie Babyspinat, Avocado, Edamame, Weintrauben und Kichererbsen.
